Responsibilities

• Analyze market reports to determine where to seek out new business
• Work with leadership team to maximize growth in your market area
• Potential travel necessary to best facilitate business growth
• Utilize Service Line Directors and SME’s for training and guidance
• Maintaining current client relationships and identifying potential clients
• Contacting potential new customers to develop relationships and sales
• Researching trends and creating new opportunities to increase sales
• Collaborating with Operations Leaders to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
• Maintaining a strong understanding of products and services, and innovating new ways to serve businesses

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, accounting, or related field (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal capability
• Ability to prioritize different projects and stay on schedule
• An understanding of how to interpret P&L, Earnings, and Inventory reports
• A familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Willingness to travel domestically with occasional international travel
• Proven sales experience in a related product or service
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, and ability to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely
• Innate drive to succeed and take initiative
• Strong organizational talents, set priorities, and ability to work under pressure and in new environments

Physical Requirements
